-------------------------------------------------

This tag was designed to fetch the basic information off the
Mirabilis Icq Server. This tag has been tested with several Icq users.
I think I have most of the bugs out, but I'm human and if you see
any please take the time and email the error message to me.

SYNTAX:
<CF_icq uin = "Users ICQ number">

ATTRIBUTES:

There is only one ICQ attribute that is required for the tag to function, UIN. The users UIN is the ICQ number of a user, this is the way ICQ identifies users on there system.

KNOWN PROBLEMS:

Sometime the Icq server is busy and you may get an error message back saying
that the database is currently too busy to take your request. In this case
just give the tag about 5 to 10 minutes and the server should be freed up enough
to make your request.

Another problem this tag may have is caused by network congestion or the Icq server having slow responses which will cause the tag to time-out.

INFORMATION:

Early next year I plan on updating this tag to fetch and parse the personal information
of the Icq users. If you have any ideas for this later update or see any errors in the
current version please drop me a message at lttomparis@telmarcorp.com.

I hope you enjoy using this tag, I know I certainly enjoyed developing this tag.
