Foram divulgados nesta semana os indicados para o Game Awards 2021, considerado como “Oscar” dos jogos eletrônicos. O evento é uma grande celebração deste mundo dos jogos, cuja indústria atualmente já gira mais dinheiro do que a própria indústria de filmes. A primeira cerimonia foi apresentada no dia 5 de dezembro de 2014, em Las Vegas, Nevada.
Nesta edição de 2021, na principal categoria, “Game of the Year”, os indicados foram: Deathloop, It Takes Two, Metroid Dread, Psychonauts 2, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart e Resident Evil Village.
