Hey,

 Welcome to the newest Business Template I have made in photoshop. The sidebar goes as far  down the page as you need without distorting the layout, the space beside the Logo is great for a  banner. (note: the banner displayed there is just a sample and can be removed. But the link at the bottom must stay.
